Te Turanga | About the Role:This newly created role Partnering across Growth, and reporting through our GM Commercial and S&OP, the Commercial Manager for Growth will provide insights, commentary, reporting and value analysis to inform decision making and drive value realization across the business.This role plays a crucial part in ensuring Silver Fern Farms is focusing on key growth opportunities that maximise Silver Fern Farms' momentum towards achieving our strategy.The Commercial Manager will provide leadership in converting our strategy to actionable business plans, will lead the standardisation of business performance & management reporting, and cascade this appropriately throughout the business.Key tasks include:Building and maintaining a live Commercial Growth modelSupporting the Growth Team to evaluate opportunities within agreed parametersLead Value Chain Analysis activities into new markets and/or categoriesBusiness cases, NPD P&Ls, financial modelling, post launch review modelling, financial forecasting, and financial/pricing guidanceSupport and partner with Growth Team to build 12-month outlook and 10-year business-plan growth forecastsReview full year forecast vs budget and monitor risks & opportunitiesOur Commercial team is largely based in our Dunedin Hub, the largest office location in our network. We are open to applications from other locations but there will be an expectation that you spend some time in Dunedin with the team.Ou Pukenga | About You:You're a commercial expert who has an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable leveraging your skills to provide insights focused on future value streams.
