Te Haeata / The OpportunityThe Commercial Leasing Manager is an exciting position within the Property Strategy & Planning team.The Ministry of Justice has one of the largest property portfolios in the public sector. A large proportion of the portfolio is aging with 40% of the buildings being over 50 years old.In addition, 15 buildings are historically classified, which increases maintenance requirements and operating costs. Over the next ten years, the Ministry intends to significantly invest in bringing its existing property portfolio up to a fit for purpose standard.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Ministry's leased portfolio.
