That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.The Commercial Director - New Zealand is responsible to assess the business model in the New Zealand market and make strategic recommendations to the Managing Director and SLS Leadership Team.
The role will drive strategic development for the Life Science business by evaluating the best Go-to-Market approach for the New Zealand market, including direct, dealer, or agency models, and the potential impacts on broader Life Science business units and departments, including RMTC and ISCO.
In addition, this role will support the SLS Commercial Organisation with strategic planning and business development projects.Your role:Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the business model in the New Zealand market.Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.Develop strategic recommendations for the best Go-to-Market approach, considering direct, dealer, and agency models.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the impacts on broader Life Science business units and departments, including RMTC and ISCO.Present findings and recommendations to the Managing Director and SLS Leadership Team.Strategic planning and business development for Science & Lab Solutions Commercial business in ANZ.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA preferred.Proven experience in commercial strategy, market assessment, and business model evaluation.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.Knowledge of the Life Science industry and the New Zealand market is a plus.What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
