Commercial Cleaner

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): Vacuuming: Carpets, curtains, upholstery, and furniture. Dusting & Polishing: Furniture, pictures, fittings, and other surfaces. Waste Management: Removing rubbish, recycling materials, and emptying containers and bins. Sanitization: Cleaning and disinfecting laundry and bathroom fixtures; replenishing supplies and reporting defective plumbing and fixtures. Industrial Cleaning: Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, machinery, and equipment. Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures. Stain Removal: Applying acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and buildup. Deep Cleaning: Removing lint, soot, oil, and other residues from machines, ship interiors, exteriors, boilers, tanks, and maintaining the exterior of buildings. Reliability: Dependable and ready to work with a willingness to learn. Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and the ability to ensure they are always followed.
