Responsibilities: • Dusting ceilings, countertops, polishing furniture, fixtures, and light fittings. • Applying necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces in order to easily and effectively remove stain and dirt. • Vacuuming carpets. • Complying with all safety policies and procedures that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks. • Carrying out cleaning duties with the aid of necessary equipment. • Taking and handling special requests for clients or customers as required appropriately. • Carefully handling and operating all cleaning machinery according to protocol. • Identifying and reporting all safety equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor or management. • Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around our client properties such as offices, recreation and sports centres, and schools. • Cleans floors, rooms, cabins including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, burnishing, spot cleaning, glass cleaning, window cleaning, etc. • Remove rubbish, empty bins, waste bins, and replace liners. • Sanitize appropriate areas as described in the job details. • Polishing floors and maintaining them as required. • Any other duties that may be asked from time to time. Candidate Requirements: • Be honest and reliable. • Ability to work on weekends. • Ability to work after office hours and late nights as per client requirements. • Be punctual. • Be drug-free. • Clean criminal history. • Good attention to detail. • Can-do positive attitude. • Have an awareness and commitment to following all health and safety work practices. • Flexible with working hours. • Ability to work independently. Experience or Qualification: Qualification or work experience is not required for this role as full on-the-job training will be provided. Hours and Position: It is a full-time permanent job with a minimum of 30 hours + per week. Hourly Pay Rate: $29.66 to $29.80 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
