Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Carpenter to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial carpentry, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing exceptional work. As a Commercial Carpenter, you will be crucial in constructing and assembling premium chicken coops, maintaining our high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures, including framing, doors, and cabinetry. Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery to complete tasks. Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision. Assemble and install prefabricated components and systems according to specifications. Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Communicate with supervisors and other team members regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions. Requirements: Proven experience as a commercial carpenter or in a similar role. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and carpentry techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
