Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting, utilising data-driven analysis to provide insights into future financial performance.Prepare comprehensive board packs for the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), summarising key financial information and insights to aid in decision-making.Implement and maintain controls to ensure quote profitability, working closely with sales and finance teams to optimise pricing strategies.Work with the wider business intelligence team to introduce controls and system improvements to various commercial processesWork with the business development team and marketing teams to drive effectiveness of the lead to opportunity cycle.Conduct thorough reviews of project profitability, identifying areas for improvement and working collaboratively with project managers to enhance financial outcomes.Track and monitor the financial performance of various commercial initiatives, providing recommendations to enhance their effectiveness and impact.Develop and deploy commercial tools and automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the finance function.Required Skills: Exceptional data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL, to manipulate and interpret complex financial data.Strong commercial acumen to understand the business landscape, identify opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders and facilitate collaborative decision-making.Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various levels of the organisation.Adept problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex financial challenges and provide actionable recommendations.Strong user of Salesforce and business systems
