We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable insurance brokerage in Christchurch.
They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Broker with a keen eye for compliance leadership.
About the role:
As a Senior Broker Support, you will play a vital role in assisting two Commercial Brokers with a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.
You'll also assist the General Manager with compliance process implementation and maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include: Handling policy renewals with attention to detail.Managing inclusions and exclusions as needed by clients.Preparing and issuing certificates of insurance as required.Managing email and phone communications with clients and diary management.Preparing reports and managing aged debtors.Compliance management for the team. What you'll need: Your NZCFS Level 5 (General strand) or ANZIIF equivalent.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven experience within the insurance industry.History of strong compliance capabilities.
