It is ideal for someone with technical knowledge in food technology or applications, ready to transition into a customer-facing role.The role's key responsibilities1. New Business DevelopmentAssist the COO in identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.Work closely with Account Managers and the Commercial team on market development, account mapping and opportunity validation.Support the development and launch of new products in the market.2. Sales and Account ManagementSupport the management and growth of key accounts, providing assistance with pricing, customer requests and product development.Collaborate with the technical and product management teams to provide customers with tailored solutions.Ensure the timely execution of pricing reviews and manage stock-related issues as they arise.Assist with forecasting, reporting and managing customer feedback.3. Technical Support & ReportingProvide technical assistance in product application and solutions in collaboration with the Technical and Product Management teams.Attend relevant workshops and training to deepen your technical expertise and sales capabilities.Maintain CRM systems, tracking customer interactions and reporting on business performance.4. Internal and External ReportingProvide regular updates on sales performance, new business development and customer satisfaction.Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.What we are looking forEssential:A background in food technology, applications, or science-related fields.Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
