About the role Are you ready to take your analytical skills to the next level and make a real impact on business performance? We're seeking a talented Commercial Analyst to join our team and provide crucial support to our Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations functions. As a key player in our team, you'll focus on aligning costs and sales pricing to meet our company's margin objectives, preparing insightful analysis on financial performance drivers, and driving strategic decision-making for business growth. In this role you will also: Take charge of inventory revaluation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Verify forward cost calculations, ensuring they align with margin expectations for optimal profitability. Provide support for customer pricing and margin reporting, helping to maximise revenue opportunities. Lead forecast planning and measure forecast accuracy to drive effective resource allocation. Develop and maintain reporting tools to empower informed decision-making across the business. Assist in scoping financial aspects of capital expenditure and improvement projects as well as the month-end reporting processes. What are we looking for? Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar analyst role. Bachelor's degree with a business-related major (e.g., accounting, finance, economics). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced capabilities. Understanding of costing principles in a manufacturing/processing environment.
