About the role The Collective Agreement Implementation Specialist will implement and monitor collective, individual and derived employment agreement rules in DataPay and time and attendance.
In this role you will: Work with the Employee Relations Specialist on the implementation of new CEAs, IEAs, and Derived IEAs.Ensure that employees on CEAs and derived IEAs pay scales are maintained and leave groups are correct.Work with HR Helpdesk Team Lead to create an exceptional customer experience through our processes and interactions.Routine checks indicate compliance with the CEAs.Ensure all agreements will be implemented within the agreed timeframes.Manage the union lists and updating of records in DataPay.Oversee the updating of employee information because of agreement changes.This is a Monday to Friday role during standard office hours, with flexibility on start and finish times to allow you a balance with commitments outside of your working life.

About you We are on the lookout for a team player who will bring their extensive knowledge and experience within payroll to actively contribute to the smooth running of the service.
Our ideal candidate will have the following: Business degree or equivalent.10+ years of payroll experience including at least five years working in a large complex payroll environment and five years working in an environment with multiple collective agreements.Sound understanding of the Holidays Act 2003, Parental Leave Act, KiwiSaver Act and Wages Protection Act.Commitment to customer service.High attention to detail.Flexibility in your approach and the ability to work well in an agile environment.Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
