Te āheinga mahi | The opportunity We're looking for a motivated and customer focused Collections Officer to join our Collections & Recovery team in Wellington collecting ACC Levies.
The successful candidate will primarily work with our levy customers as well as providing support to other business units within the organisation.
As a Collections Officer you will be working in a Contact Centre environment helping our customers understand the benefit of and their responsibilities with ACC through professional and efficient communication.
The information you gather will help maintain the integrity of customer information and support your ability to negotiate payments and make decisions relating to our customer's account.

The Indicative starting salary for this role is $55,894.
This is exclusive of ACC's 9% superannuation contribution which would bring the total starting package to $60,924.
The hours are 40 hours per week, rostered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
