You will be working on a 4 ON 4 OFF roster pattern, 12-hour shifts, covering the day shift. Remuneration based on experience. As a Coldstore Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Follow instructions received from the Coldstore manager and Dispatch and Automation Co-Ordinator. Allocate daily roles to crew. Accurately maintain all documentation and records, both written and electronic Ensure work is completed on schedule and to code. Consult with contractors, trades, and other workers on-site. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Who are you? Someone who has great organisational skills and a systematic approach to operations and problem solving. You will also have a solid understanding of Trace and an in-depth knowledge of inventory and be able to support and guide the staff. For this role, you'll need: Height's certificate preferred. A good understanding of Warehouse software Trace and of Cold Chain Integrity. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellence computer skills especially MS Office packages. Why choose Talley's.
