Cold Store Supervisor

Located in the scenic West Plains of Invercargill, our facilities are at the forefront of meat processing innovation. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cold Store Supervisor to lead our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities include overseeing the accurate and timely loadout of temperature-controlled products, managing the sorting and stacking of inward products, ensuring the scanning and palletising of outward products are done accurately with proper documentation, and monitoring the refrigeration system to maintain optimal performance. We are seeking candidates with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable, along with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to Health and Safety protocols.
