Key Responsibilities: Expertly mixing and serving a wide range of classic and signature cocktailsMaintaining an extensive knowledge of liquors, mixers, and bar techniques to provide exceptional serviceCollaborating with the management team to develop new and unique cocktail recipesEnsuring a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the bar areaProviding friendly and attentive customer service to all guestsAdhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulationsWhat We're Looking For: Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced bar or restaurantCommitment: Availability to commit to the role till the end of the Summer Season (bonus if you're planning to stay longer!)Full Working Rights: Applicants must have full working rights in New ZealandWhy Join Republic Hospitality?
