Learn more about Abodo's carefully crafted timber products at www.abodo.co.nz.About the role:We're looking for an energetic and strategic Coating Line Lead to lead our warehouse team and ensure the seamless execution of all coating and brushing orders. This role combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to drive process improvements, optimize systems, and execute the coating line strategy. As a key leader, you'll mentor and support your team while fostering an environment of growth and development.Based at our Mangere site, you'll play a critical role in shaping the coating strategy and aligning it with our production targets. If you have a knack for leadership and operational excellence, this could be the perfect role for you!
