About the role We are seeking experienced Coating Applicators to join our team at SlipSafe NZ in Christchurch, Canterbury on a contract basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality anti-slip coatings and treatments to various surfaces, ensuring they meet the highest safety standards.
What you'll be doing Preparing surfaces for coating application by cleaning, sanding, or priming as requiredMixing and applying anti-slip coatings to floors, stairs, and other surfaces using specialised equipmentEnsuring the coatings are applied evenly and meet all necessary safety and quality standardsMaintaining a clean and organised work environment throughout the application processDocumenting and reporting on all work completedCollaborating with the broader team to deliver projects on time and to the highest possible standardWhat we're looking for Previous experience as a Coating Applicator or in a similar role within the building trades industryStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanshipAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamGood problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing job requirementsKnowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and a commitment to working safelyA valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportationWhat we offer At SlipSafe NZ, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our contractors and employees.
