Management (Community Services & Development)Are you a seasoned leader of organisers within the trade union or social justice movement with a deep commitment to growing union power? Are you a proven people leader with the ability to lead, coach and develop managers? And do you have a strength in collaborative working?That's just what we are looking for in a co-director.Moku te Ao guides our work and we live the values outlined in nga pou. You will have a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and understand how to centre te ao Maori in your work.As a pivotal part of the senior leadership team, you will apply your strategic thinking and knowledge of organising to inform how we effectively use our resources to grow union membership and empower members to win the outcomes they need.We value kanohi te kanohi (face-to-face) and online organising and want to keep refining our online to offline organising. You will ensure clear alignment across all our organising.This is a big role that involves working with members in governance and leadership roles, and across our office locations.
