Cnc Programmer / Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled CNC programmer/machinist with a joinery background to join our small friendly team.
As a Joiner/Programmer, you'll be responsible for the manufacturing of cabinetry and other specialized components.
This role will see you working with a variety of machinery and hand tools, programming, and collaborating with the team when needed.
You'll be working alongside a close-knit team, creating stunning joinery for our commercial and residential clients.
No weekend work, 4-day work week (40 hours) Monday to Thursday, with a competitive salary and great work-life balance.Job Responsibilities:Visiting work sites to take accurate site measures.Produce detailed and accurate joinery drawings from design plans and specifications.Review and refine drawings based on client feedback or changes in project scope.Ordering job materials from suppliers.Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth handover from design to manufacturing.Programming and running our CNC machine production lists using Mozaik.Designing and programming custom cabinets using Mozaik.Liaising with head contractors.Help on assembly bench when needed.Minimum Requirements:Have experience in CAD software (ideally Mozaik); training will be provided where needed.Be experienced in using joinery fittings and have a good knowledge of the methods used in manufacturing MDF joinery items.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Have a proven track record of multi-tasking.Have excellent written and spoken English.Have the legal right to work in NZ.Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
