Cnc Programmer /Operator

This is an essential role. You will operate the Okuma, Haas and Bemato CNCs to achieve the weekly production plan and maintain the highest levels of Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for ensuring all CNC products comply with the engineering drawings. Ensuring the CNC Finishing Plan is achieved each week and providing early indications if this is not possible. You will be required to gain the maximum efficiency from the CNC machines. Assisting in training opportunities and passing on your knowledge to others. You will assist in training opportunities and passing on your knowledge to others. Key Attributes Trade certified machinist with a comprehensive understanding of machining. Ability to operate and program CNCs in both G code and Fagor with a D.O.S based system. Competent in Microsoft Suite including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must have the ability to self-manage complete tasks to the level of expectation required while maintaining tight deadlines as needed. Ability to complete routine maintenance on the CNC. Who We Are
