CNC Supervisor in Cabinetmaking Industry Location: South Auckland
We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor for our CNC operations in a small wood factory.
This role involves overseeing one or two CNC Operators while machining wood squares.
Please note that this position does not involve cabinetry or joinery.
Job Overview: The position is ideal for someone looking for a slower pace.
You will be responsible for opening and closing the factory and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
The factory is currently located in West Auckland and will be relocating to the Papakura area in early 2025.
Daily Duties Include: Operating CNC machines and producing wood squares.Demonstrating woodworking skills and using hand tools.Requirements: Experience operating CNC Edgebander and Beam Saw.Fluent English communication skills.Adherence to all health and safety practices.Medically and physically fit.Legally eligible to work in New Zealand.Benefits: Type: Full-time permanent
Wage: $34/hr, negotiable based on experience and skills
Miscellaneous: Overtime available as needed
Start Date: ASAP or early 2025
