This is a key role that combines security management, customer service, and operational leadership across multiple sites.About the RoleWe are looking for a Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of training programs within our Data Centre environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering high-quality training programs, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and maintaining accurate training records.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to identify training needs and support continuous improvement in training effectiveness.If you are passionate about employee development, have experience in training coordination, and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities Include:Training Coordination & Delivery: Develop and manage tailored training programs based on identified needs and client requirements.
Coordinate and support on-the-job training while maintaining accurate records.Training Needs Analysis & Planning: Work with managers and clients to identify skill gaps and develop proactive training plans that align with operational and compliance goals.Training Record Management: Ensure accurate tracking of training activities and certifications.
