This is a key role that combines security management, customer service, and operational leadership across multiple sites.About the RoleWe are looking for a Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of training programs within our Data Centre environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering high-quality training programs, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and maintaining accurate training records.

Coordinate and support on-the-job training while maintaining accurate records.Training Needs Analysis & Planning: Work with managers and clients to identify skill gaps and develop proactive training plans that align with operational and compliance goals.Training Record Management: Ensure accurate tracking of training activities and certifications.
