Job Description This role will be responsible for providing valuable support to the Cluster Sales Directors in their day-to-day operation and planning while also contributing to the overall success of the cluster of hotels.
The role is to primarily focus on Accor CP Group HMA PME & lifestyle hotels and will assist with opportunities for CP luxury Hotels.
Qualifications Knowledge and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel environment, sales, or a related field of study.
An understanding of the Events and Corporate Hotel clientele.
Strong User knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ANAIS, Delphi, Opera Cloud.
In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and competitive landscape.
Awareness of current trends affecting hotel sales and marketing strategies.
Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
Good presentation skills.
Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Self-motivated and energetic.
Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Willingness to take on diverse tasks as needed to support directors.
Proficient in building and maintaining relationships.
Proficient in using data to support decision-making and reporting.
Detail-oriented approach to managing sales documentation and reports.
This is a Full Time Position, 40 hours per week, $65,000.00 per annum plus incredible Global Benefits.
