About you
As a Cluster Manager of General Pants Co, you are key in the curation of the store experience – leading the seamless execution and elevation of business strategies across Sales, Operations, VM, Marketing, Product, and People.
You are skilled in building highly engaged, accountable, and effective teams in-store and creating a strong succession channel for all roles. You lead from the front and embody what great looks like as well as have a thorough understanding of how to coach others to do the same.
About the role
CUSTOMER FOCUS Train and develop your store teams to build a great customer experience in-store aligned with the GP Values to ensure our customers always have an exceptional omni-channel experience.
COMMERCIAL SALES Keep on top of sales and KPI results and trends, analyze what has impacted these, then implement actions and strategies to see improvement.
OPERATIONS Be across store operations across the area and implement standards regarding merchandise, in-store visual merchandising, WHS standards, and other areas to achieve results to maximize performance.
LEADERSHIP, COLLABORATION, AND COMMUNICATION Develop, coach, and mentor store leadership teams, build and work closely with P&C team to create succession planning and share business updates.
Who are you?
Minimum 4 years' experience at store management level, overseeing multiple stores in a similar environment.
You are an excellent communicator and can inspire and influence your team for success.
You have a strong customer-centric mindset. You can always prioritize and elevate the customer experience, as well as train your team to do the same.
You have a comprehensive understanding of visual merchandising and how this can impact store performance as well as customer experience.
You have the ability to successfully recruit, build, and retain high-performing teams.
You're hungry to actively seek and take on feedback whilst also building a feedback culture in your stores.
You are proud to go the extra mile & step up when needed.
