The scheduler is responsible for managing the General Surgery FSA waitlist, ensuring all appointments are booked in a timely manner and dealing with patients in a caring and helpful manner. The role requires expertise in navigating Patient Management systems or equivalent experience with Information Management Systems.This role works with many different people, roles, and departments.
