Job Title: Clubs And Events CoordinatorCompany: AdeccoJob Description:About You: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Clubs and Events Coordinator to join our client's team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing various club events that engage the student community. If you are passionate about creating events and have a knack for organization and communication, we want to hear from you! This role will be approx. 40 hours per week! Monday to Friday work, but flexibility is required based on event demands. This is a temporary position that could potentially go into a permanent position.The Role:Support clubs with grant applicationsPerform event tasks so that events are managed and delivered effectivelyFollow processes to maintain club records (contact information, banking, and governance documentation)Report and provide feedback as required on any club affiliations, memberships, and grantsProvide content for the association's newsletter and other communication with studentsFollow policies and proceduresTo Be a Successful Applicant:Experience in coordinating eventsStrong relationship-building, influencing and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management and organization skillsProblem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to changing circumstancesFull and valid NZ driver's licenceIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for planning and executing events, we'd love to hear from you.
