Club Development Officer - Taranaki

Surf Life Saving New Zealand is currently looking to employ a Club Development Officer.
This position is based in Taranaki reporting to the Central Region Manager.
The purpose of this role is to provide frontline support to Clubs in Taranaki.
The Club Development Officer will focus on being the first point of contact for the Taranaki Surf Lifesaving Clubs and the Central Region team.
Working closely with the Central Region staff, the role will be a key link between the Regional Management Plan and programme delivery.
It is important that the successful candidate has a friendly and approachable manner and is able to build good relationships with clubs, sponsors and other internal and external stake holders.
Effective communication skills both written and oral and a commitment to a high standard of customer service are essential for this role.
Surf Life Saving knowledge and experience along with broad experience dealing with clubs would be an advantage.
