Job Description Our Ambassador will: Be accountable on a shift basis for the operations of the club through effective service.
This role is 'hands on', connecting with VIPs and members, delivering a five star experience.
Perform basic day-to-day food and beverage service.
Opening and Closing of Club facilities.
Perform the tasks of order taking and up keeping of club facilities.
Ensure accuracy by repeating order(s) to the guests.
Ensure members are welcomed, recognised, and Club etiquette is followed by guests.
Ensuring to use the POS (Point of Sale) system correctly.
Monitor food, drink and stock levels for that day as well as future days.
Providing the highest standard service to the guest.
Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
Maintain a working knowledge of beverages offered and how to prepare and serve them.
Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
Liaise with Reception regarding member needs or queries.
Accurately answer guest's questions and provide information on hotel/ Membership if needed.
Be well versed with ALL and Accor Live Limitless programs.
Be responsible for the safe and responsible service of alcohol and aware of intoxication signs.
Perform all tasks to Sofitel Brand standards.
Qualifications At least 1 year experience in Food & Beverage Knowledge on gastronomy and beverages PMS - Opera or Opera Cloud is a bonus Strong presentation and organisation skills Ability to work in the fast paced environment and be proactive Previous hotel or administration experience Positive bubbly personality Additional Information Learn your Way - Access to our Docebo so you can Earn while you Learn!
