Our Whangarei branch is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer. In this role, you will primarily provide remote (and occasionally onsite) Level 1 and 2 technical support for our customers and assist our wider operation where applicable. You will be required to answer incoming Service Desk phone calls, perform triaging, resolve problems, escalate where necessary, be a technical escalation point for the wider team, and participate in our paid on-call roster.

The ideal candidate will:
Have a proven background in Level 2 (or similar) Service Desk roles
Possess a comprehensive understanding of traditional Microsoft infrastructure and M365 technologies
Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a pleasant telephone manner, even under pressure
Have strong troubleshooting skills
Be capable of learning quickly, thinking on their feet, and working autonomously, particularly when under pressure
Be a top performer who prioritises developing trustworthy relationships with our clients
Experience supporting primary healthcare PMS systems is an advantage
Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, be dependable, motivated, and adaptable.
