In this role, you will primarily provide remote (and occasionally onsite) Level 1 and 2 technical support for our customers and assist our wider operation where applicable. You will be required to answer incoming Service Desk phone calls, perform triaging, resolve problems, escalate where necessary, be a technical escalation point for the wider team, and participate in our paid on-call roster.This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a highly collaborative, motivated, and experienced team, with innovative platforms and products and the best customer service.The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to work with clients of varying scale, as well as having the chance to further develop your technical skills and experience and be mentored by seniors and leadership.The ideal candidate will:Have a proven background in Level 2 (or similar) Service Desk rolesPossess a comprehensive understanding of traditional Microsoft infrastructure and M365 technologiesHave excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a pleasant telephone manner, even under pressureHave strong troubleshooting skillsBe capable of learning quickly, thinking on their feet, and working autonomously, particularly when under pressureBe a top performer who prioritises developing trustworthy relationships with our clientsExperience supporting primary healthcare PMS systems is an advantageAdditionally, the ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, be dependable, motivated, and adaptable.If you're passionate about providing exceptional technical support, always doing what's right for the customer, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.To apply for this role, you must have NZ residency or be legally entitled to live and work here.
