How you will make an impact
Manage our customer environments and fulfil all day-to-day activities including level 3 and 4 support tickets, service request and escalations.
In addition, you will deliver retainer engagements and smaller projects, providing our customers with the best possible end-to-end service.


Day to day you will: Address and resolve incidents and service requests; log all incidents and requests; engage other service desk resources. Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors; create a positive customer support experience and build strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress. Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability. Take ownership of support request and releases. Maintain customer and internal knowledge base. Ensure customers continue to follow the standard process . Create monthly customer status reporting on the monthly service agreements. Provision and configure cloud-based resources to manage customer environments. Be proactive in customer environments, applying skills and technical brilliance. Apply DevOps processes & methodologies as required. Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline desirable. Microsoft Azure and/or M365 certifications essential Ideally one or more of the following: AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-700 MD-102 MS-102, MS-203 SC-200, SC-300, SC-4002+ years experience in IT engineering / operations or similar field. Knowledge in one or more of the following technologies is ideal: Core Microsoft 365 functions and services including Microsoft Entra Microsoft Exchange Online Microsoft Teams Microsoft Defender Suite Microsoft 365 Lighthouse Core Microsoft Azure functions and services including: Microsoft Sentinel Microsoft Purview Azure Virtual Desktop Azure Security Services Azure DevOps or DevSecOps IAC, Terraform Modern Endpoint support and management solutions (Windows 11, Intune, AutoPilot, Enterprise Mobility) ITSM tools Event and Alert management tools Interested but don't meet every item listed above?
