Accountable for all operational excellence, financial sustainability, and business partnership for all applications in scope for modernisation.About You:This role requires someone with experience leading technical teams and delivering the strategic outcomes.People Leadership: Proven ability to empower teams, grow capabilities, and achieve results through agile leadership.Technical Leadership: Expertise in leading technical teams, driving complex deliveries, setting direction, and mentoring.Product Ownership: Skilled in defining product vision, managing backlogs, and prioritizing features to meet customer and business needs.Product Management: Experience in product strategy, roadmapping, and lifecycle management, with strong stakeholder engagement.Agility: Solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.Enterprise Applications: Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications.Operational Excellence: Track record of ensuring reliable, secure, and sustainable operations.Vendor Management: Skilled in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring SLA compliance.Business Partnership: Strong ability to align strategies and build partnerships to achieve shared outcomes.Join a proud diverse team, that's always there, always real, always true.
