The clinical typists provide a vital service to patients, families/whanau, and health professionals. Your high level of attention to detail will ensure the accurate and timely transformation of incoming dictation from clinical areas into formal letters, so that information is available to others involved in a patient's care when it is needed. If you have an editorial eye, an unwavering focus along with a flexible and positive approach to your work - we would love to hear from you.The Clinical Typist role requires you to deliver accurate and timely transcription services to clinicians, as well as managing the processing of transcribed clinical documents on a daily basis.Some of your duties will include:Transcribe dictation from cliniciansManage the processing of clinical documentsCommunicate with clinical and non-clinical staffYou will be based at Wellington Regional Hospital (but expected to work at Kenepuru Hospital and Hutt Valley Hospital when required).
