Working in a regionally focused, multi-disciplinary team, whose primary role is the assessment and treatment of tamariki and rangatahi involved in the Youth Justice systemsSeeking an experienced Social worker, nurse, occupational therapist for this clinical rolePermanent, full time (40 hours) - Monday to Friday, based in our Greenlane Clinic CentreTe whiwhinga mahi | The OpportunityTu Maiais a regionally focussed multi-disciplinary team whose primary role is the assessment and treatment of tamariki and rangatahi involved in the Youth Justice systems. This role will include (but not limited to) preparing formal reports on mental health needs for the Courts and other agencies and providing short term therapies to a small number of young people.You will be a registered Social worker, nurse, occupational therapist and have a current Annual Practising Certificate. This role is ideal for a Social Worker who has experience and skills working with people from a range of cultural backgrounds and has worked in a Community Mental Health setting previously.Being a confident communicator and decision maker are imperative. Strong organisational skills and a high level of time management are also required in the role.
