Location: Palmerston North/Manawatu
Permanent, Full-time position working 40 hours per week.

Hato Hone St John is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Team Manager to join our Clinical Support Team. This is a pivotal role where you will support and lead Clinical Support Officers, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality clinical education and support, aligning with national strategies and organisational directives.

Lead, motivate, and manage Clinical Support Officers to ensure excellent clinical support and education delivery.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Support Team to meet internal and external stakeholder needs.
Promote clinical excellence by maintaining your own clinical practice and fostering safe clinical procedures.
Contribute to the development and implementation of performance and development plans for the team.
Manage performance reporting, budget adherence, and provide monthly activity reports.
Support Hato Hone St John's emergency response and continuity plans.

Qualifications
Ko wai koe - About you:

Tertiary qualification in health or management (preferred).
Adult education certificate (preferred).
Authority to Practice as an Intensive Care Paramedic, Paramedic, or Doctor with a current practicing certificate from the New Zealand Medical Council.
Proven experience in clinical, operational, or educational team management.
Strong relationship-building, leadership, and time-management skills.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
