Key Responsibilities:Clinical Leadership: Implement and maintain high standards of clinical practice.People Management: Develop and motivate staff in collaboration with the Facility Manager.Communication and Teamwork: Foster effective communication and teamwork with staff, residents, and families/whanau.Occupancy Management: Ensure occupancy requirements are met.Risk Management: Minimize clinical risks and manage exposure.Quality Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.Compliance: Ensure clinical operations comply with all contractual and legislative requirements.Resource Management: Assist in managing facility assets and financial resources efficiently.Skills and Experience:Current APCInterRai trainingDemonstrated proficiency in clinical skills, particularly within the aged care sector.Relevant experience in leadership roles within a continuing care hospital facility is preferred.Strong skills in management and administration.Computer literate with the ability to produce concise and accurate reports.Effective communication skills for interacting with families and residents.About the company:Exceptional People Exceptional Care: Radius Care is a New Zealand owned and operated company; we specialise in health and aged care for the elderly and disabled.
