We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Leader to join our Kaumatua Services team. This role will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to utilise their leadership and managerial skills to inspire our team who work hard to provide wrap around support to improve the overall wellbeing of our Kaumatua.
The Clinical Team Leader will lead and coordinate the Kaumatua service, ensuring healthcare and wellbeing services are provided to individuals outside of traditional healthcare settings.
Your Attributes - What you will bring to the role: A clear approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated experience utilising leadership skills to inspire, support and manage people and resources
Demonstrated experience in achieving service, organisational and strategic objectives
An understanding of Maori models of health and the application of the Treaty of Waitangi in practice
Experience building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
A commitment to working from a multidisciplinary approach, while you walk alongside and in support of whanau
The capability to advocate to ensure better health and social outcomes for the people we serve
An entitlement to work in New Zealand
