We are seeking to fill a full-time Clinical Team Coordinator post. This is an opportunity to fulfil your clinical and leadership aspirations!

Share and expand your clinical leadership and practice
Develop your leadership skills in areas of service development and transformation
Clinical leadership and co-ordination of a highly motivated Multi-Disciplinary Team who have high level of expertise within their professional scope of practice
Leadership and participation in the development of our Mental Health Team working alongside Primary Care Practices, NGOs and Aged Care Facilities
Supporting and facilitating team and individual professional development
Work Monday – Friday
Work in a friendly and fun team

This is a clinical leadership role that interfaces with the Clinical Head and the Team Manager, and is responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership as well as co-ordination of the specialist Clinical Team.
In partnership with the Clinical Head and Doctors, the Clinical Coordinator role is expected to provide clinical leadership of the team, offering consultation, advice, mentoring and facilitation of best available clinical practice and caseload management across the continuum of integrated care; ensuring the safe and effective delivery of high-quality clinical services that improve health outcomes and service user experience.
Participating in the support of recruitment, retention, workforce development and guiding clinical staff with their professional development pathways is also a key component of this role. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for allocating clinical resources, in line with clinical care objectives and goals of the team, including ensuring the team works in partnership with colleagues across the Mental Health and Addictions (MH&A) Acute and Integrated care pathways.
