This is a permanent fulltime role that offers the best of both worlds. This will suit a fulltime operations member providing the opportunity to expand your skill set working 21 hours on the road and 21 hours at the Clinical Desk, working a 4 x 4 roster (4 days on 4 days off).In addition to your operational responsibilities, Clinical Support Officers support our front lines teams respond to emergencies 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. As a vital member of our team, you'll be enhancing patient outcomes by offering clinical advice, support, and guidance to our operational road staff and ambulance communications staff in the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC). You will be undertaking secondary triage of those waiting for an ambulance, providing real-time advice, to ensure they are appropriately triaged for clinical care.
