Clinical Services Manager – Rose Court
 
Rose Court is located in a quiet residential street, nestled amongst lovely homes and a caring neighbourhood. We have a close relationship with residents living at our sister facility, Ultimate Care Bishop Selwyn, just round the corner. This nurtures and maintains a real sense of community as many residents already know each other.

We have an exciting development opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse, looking to step into a Leadership Role – as Clinical Services Manager.
 
This role will see you and your team of RN's and Caregivers making a difference in our residents lives by delivering exceptional care.
 
About the role: Work closely with the Facility ManagerProvide effective Clinical leadershipEnsure the exceptional care and safety of residents and staffLiaise with residents and their familiesMentor, support and develop your team About you: Registered Nurse with recognized expertise in the provision of Clinical oversight3+ years Nursing experience, preferably in Aged CareExcellent results leading previous Certification auditsA track record of effective relationship building abilityDetail focused with a passion for excellence What's in it for you: This is your chance to expand your skills and widen your knowledge base in many ways!
