Responsibilities:
As the Clinical Services Manager (Registered Nurse), you will ensure that the level of clinical care provided goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
