This is a full-time position based in Whangarei with regular travel throughout the mid and far north areas.The ideal candidate will not only be skilled in assessing clients and completing care plans but will manage all clinical aspects relating to the client, including clinical-related training.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations for clients by working with support workers to ensure smooth and efficient client care delivery.Carry out all clinical-related training for support workers at the client's home to meet client care needs.Manage incidents and accidents in a professional and timely manner.Assist in the development and review of clinical policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and clinical operations.Skills and QualificationsOur successful candidate should be empathetic and understanding and have hands-on experience working with complex clients.
