www.pacificcoastvillage.co.nz
Pacific Coast Village is known for unprecedented resort-style facilities rarely seen in New Zealand. The Pacific Coast Care Centre - Te Manaaki is a continuation of this considered design. Crafted to provide residents with a sense of luxury and security in their latter years. The completion of the Care Centre has allowed Pacific Coast Village to offer a full continuum of care from independent living, serviced apartments to residential care - with quality and consistency throughout.
The Care Centre is a modern facility with 57 highly appointed care suites over two levels, offering rest home, dementia, and hospital level care. Like other Generus Living care centres, Te Manaaki places a significant emphasis on personalised care, where residents take the lead in their own lifestyle and are supported by a collaborative approach between our clinical staff and family. It is recognised that this extra time, effort, and energy to adopt and engage in this model of care delivers significant outcomes, enhancing the daily life of both our residents and team.
Generus Living delivers high-end environments that are exceptional in the market. Creating beautiful residences from which tailored and meaningful care is delivered. This is uniquely overlaid with an upscale hospitality offering, adding a level of amenity not often seen in New Zealand. This new perspective on delivering discerning retirees with an uncompromised lifestyle and care is receiving commendations from residents, residents' families, team members, and the wider industry.
