Clinical Psychologist, Starship Child Health Exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Psychologist Full time permanent position Opportunities for professional growth The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Clinical Psychologist who will work with a child development focus as part of the Starship Community team, with the benefit of being professionally linked to the Starship Consult Liaison and Paediatrician teams.
This dynamic position provides high-quality clinical psychology assessment and intervention to children and young people with developmental and disability needs and their family/whanau.
Based at Greenlane Clinical Centre, Starship Community Service provides interdisciplinary care and cultural support to children, young people, and their whanau living within the Te Toka Tumai Auckland district.
Children and their caregivers are seen in their homes, school, clinic, and other community settings. Within both services, you would be working alongside experienced psychology colleagues and have connection with the MDT.
The teams are friendly, hard-working, and motivated to provide high-quality assessments and interventions for children, young people, and their whanau attending Starship Child Health.
Important Skills To be successful in this role you will:
Be a New Zealand Registered Clinical Psychologist with a current Annual Practising Certificate Have a clean full driver's licence Have the ability to work autonomously in a multi-cultural environment (essential) Have experience working with children with disabilities (desired) Contact Information For general enquiries about this role please contact:
