Clinical Psychologist or Child and Family Psychologist Salary Band – $85,000 - $130,000 p.a pro rata + Kiwisaver + discounted health insurance 0.8FTE, fixed term for 12 months Mo te turanga | About the role We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist or Child and Family Psychologist to join the well-established Paediatric Psychology team in Children's Outpatients, Dunedin Hospital.
We work with tamariki and rangitahi up to 16 years old and their whanau, completing comprehensive developmental and behavioural assessments.
We also support children and young people who have chronic medical conditions.
We work closely alongside the wider Children's Health team and Child Development Service.
Key Responsibilities: Proven competence, knowledge, and skills in clinical and neuro psychology with a strong knowledge of relevant and appropriate psychological assessments and evidenced based interventions.Current registration with the NZ Psychologists Board and a current Annual Practicing Certificate with a Clinical Scope of Practice.Demonstrated commitment to clinical and professional development, including continuous learning and updating of skills and knowledge.Motivated team player with exceptional communication and time management skills.Benefits: Competitive salary + discounted health insurance + refreshing lifestyle!Continuous support for career development.Subsidised gym membership and discounted health insurance.Access to staff fitness facilities and banking offers.Access to a range of retail discounts and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).Assistance with relocation may be available for successful candidates on a case-by-case basis.

Utu whanui | Salary range This role belongs to the DHBs/APEX Psychologists Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and falls between Step 1 ($85,000 p.a) and Step 10 ($130,000 p.a pro rata).
