Our team of highly trained and experienced professionals collaborate to deliver comprehensive, targeted, and holistic psychological assessments, formulation and interventions to children, adults and older adults, and their families/carers presenting with complex medical, chronic health, cognitive, rehabilitation and mental health needs. As part of a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals, we aim to deliver streamlined, high-quality, evidence-informed psychological services to promote engagement with medical treatment, rehabilitation and enhance psychological and mental health well-being.

In this role you will have a number of responsibilities which include but are not limited to: Being the designated Key Clinician for your consumer and providing secondary Key Clinician support.Providing diagnostic clarification and completing a variety of assessments, including: comprehensive psychological assessment, focusing on symptom screening, identifying psychosocial concerns, and developing clinical formulation; cognitive screening and assessment; personality assessments; and adaptive behaviour assessments.Preparing reports that explain assessment findings and outline relevant recommendations for the consumer, carers, and other staff.Completing functional analyses and developing behaviour and/or risk management plans as clinically indicated.Providing evidence-based interventions for symptom management (e.g., Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Therapy), and facilitating both discipline-specific and general group programs.What is in it for you?
