Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral (MidCentral) is part of Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand and provides healthcare services to over 180,000 people across the Manawatu, Horowhenua and Tararua regions. With a large hospital campus in Palmerston North, it also provides key health care and support services to neighbouring communities.

We have a full time, permanent role for a Clinical Psychologist in our CAMHS Team in the Horowhenua area. We are looking for someone with experience within a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, though more importantly someone who is passionate about young people and their whanau. You will have a range of assessment and therapy skills (such as CBT, DBT and ACT). We are also willing to provide training.
We require someone who can be creative, flexible and innovative. You must also possess a sense of humour and be compassionate and kind in your everyday interactions.
