The role focuses on enabling these to deliver efficient, effective, high-quality Community and Whanau Wellbeing programmes to improve population public health outcomes and wellbeing. Prioritisation and timely completion of programme support tasks may include administrative management, maintenance, action and follow-up of overdue immunisation lists, client non-clinical liaison and scheduling of clinics, distribution of consent forms/packs, checking and collation of returned consent forms, and follow-up action as required. You will have previous experience in programme and/or office administration, databases, and coordination across internal/external stakeholders. We are looking for someone to support the team through coordination, reporting, meeting management, and preparation of presentations and documents.Proven experience in programme and/or office administration, databases, and coordination across internal/external stakeholders.Minimum 3 years' experience in programme and/or office administration, maintaining databases, supporting a manager and team, with attention to detail.Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
