The opportunity: We are looking for a full-time clinical pharmacist to join our skilled team of health and administration professionals. We're seeking an individual who is innovative and understands the need to develop new and supportive working environments to cope with the demands of primary health care.
This role is integral in assisting patients and their healthcare providers in optimising medication use, reducing/preventing medication-related problems, improving health outcomes, health promotion, wellness education, and disease prevention.
About you: Qualified pharmacist with NZ registration and current APC with no restrictions A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience An understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi, cultural diversity, and the impacts of this on health outcomes Continuous quality improvement focus including audits and policy development and review The ability to prescribe or willingness to undertake the required study will be an advantage.
