Reporting into the Head of Professional Services and Product - Audiology, you will deliver clinical training and support across our stores across New Zealand to support and increase stores clinical effectiveness and clinical excellence.As the Clinical Performance Consultant, you will ensure consistency in the delivery of audiology practices and provide first class levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders through facilitating audiology training, coaching and development programs. In addition, this role will see you deliver clinical services with a high standard of care both in-store and remotely across NZ as required while working to achieve the successful implementation and development of annual plan initiatives.As this is a filed based role there will be regular travel across NZ and occasional travel to our Support Office located in Melbourne as required.The skills we are looking for:Qualified Audiologist/Audiometrist with extensive demonstrated experience working within the New Zealand Audiology market and recognised member of the Audiology Industry in New ZealandExcellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a variety of stakeholdersExtensive knowledge in all aspects of audiological testing and hearing aid fittingProven experience in delivering professional training to Audiologists/AudiometristsManaging relationships at all levels of business and experience of supervision and teamworkCommitment to customer service and exceptional customer service skillsAbout UsSpecsavers are rated the market leader for eye tests, the retailer of choice for contact lenses and one of the fastest growing hearing providers in Australia and New Zealand.
